Joshua

Hi.
A new little boy was born in half a world away. His name is Joshua and he has the same defect as Evelyn. He is the only other that we have ever heard of.
Please keep Matt, Susie, Oceana and Joshua in your prayers.

2007 Christmas newsletter, sort of.

Happy New Year 2008!
Kicking it off with a bang!

Elizabeth is pregnant with number 5, a little boy that is due June 4th. She isnt teaching Bradley lately, a little break as the more kids we have the more there is to do. She did assistant coach volleyball at the YMCA this fall and that was fun.

Timothy is in second grade and life is all about his buddies and football. Flag football, Madden Football on the computer, football in the backyard, watching the playoffs, collecting football cards... you get the idea. In his off time from football he attends school, plays the violin and enjoys cubscouts.

Julian "Yoda" Bowes is our Star Wars guy. He is loving kindergarten. Walking around campus with him even the older kids know who he is. He plays the piano and just finished reading The Magic Treehouse series of books. I think he is a write in for Mayor of Orange Park Elementary.

Lillian is coming into her own. She loves shoes. She can sit for a long time and pick out different shoes and shoes and socks combinations. Meanwhile she also likes to play light saber battles with Julian. So she covers the full spectrum.

Me. Work was busy this past year with more travel weeks then home weeks, but it was a lot of fun. I am ready for a break from all the coming and going and so is Elizabeth (it messes up Elizabeth's mojo of household organization). That wont be a problem this year because I am going to Iraq pretty soon and wont be back until Thanksgiving. I am proud to do my part.

Hope 2008 finds you and your family healthy and happy.
